Kejue passes 100,000 calls per day
The platform handled more than 100,000 calls in a single day, inbound and outbound, in Arabic and English, for customers across banking, real estate, contact centers, telecom and government.
Today Kejue crossed a line we have been watching for months: more than 100,000 calls handled in a single day. Inbound and outbound. Arabic and English, and the mixed calls in between. For banks, brokers, developers, a telecom and a government entity.
Three things made it possible. Outbound campaigns that let a team load a list in the morning and have every contact worked by the evening, with pacing, retries and do-not-call rules enforced by the platform. Speech models that keep up with a noisy phone line and a caller who switches language mid-sentence. And a platform that runs inside the customer's own perimeter when the regulator asks for it.
What matters more than the number is that each of those calls ran under the same controls as the first one: guardrails attached to the agent, an audit row for every change, and a transcript the compliance team can read without the raw audio.
