Terms of Service

The legal terms that govern your use of Kejue.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Services” means Kejue’s voice AI platform, including proprietary voice AI technology, campaign management, API access and webhooks, analytics and reporting, knowledge base management, and additional features. “Platform” means Kejue’s hosted software solution. “Your Content” means all data, scripts, recordings, and other content you provide or generate. “Campaign” means an organized outbound voice communication initiative managed through the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Kejue provides a proprietary voice AI platform for automated voice communications, including speech synthesis, natural language understanding, and conversation management. The platform may evolve with new or modified capabilities over time.

Proprietary voice AI technology for automated voice communications.
Single API integration point for all voice AI capabilities.
Campaign management, scheduling, timezone management, and callback handling.
Multi-language support, call recording, transcription, analytics, knowledge base management, and real-time monitoring.

3. LICENSE AND RIGHT TO USE

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Kejue grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Services solely for internal business purposes. Kejue and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and Platform.

4. USE RESTRICTIONS

Do not use the Services unlawfully or for fraudulent or deceptive campaigns.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, compromise security, or gain unauthorized access.
Do not resell, sublicense, or provide access to third parties without authorization.
Do not process protected health or payment information without proper configuration and written authorization.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, maintaining required consents and opt-out lists, the accuracy and legality of your content, and safeguarding account credentials.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Kejue may use third-party sub-processors such as telephony carriers and cloud infrastructure providers. Kejue is not liable for failures caused by infrastructure providers beyond its reasonable control.

7. FEES AND PAYMENT

Services are billed based on usage, setup, concurrent capacity, and additional services. Fees are billed monthly in arrears and are due within 20 days of invoice date. Kejue may modify fees with 45 days’ notice.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

You retain ownership of Your Content and grant Kejue a license to process it solely to provide the Services. Kejue processes content in accordance with applicable laws and uses encryption, access controls, and security assessments.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, Platform, voice AI engine, technology, models, trademarks, and logos are owned by Kejue or its licensors. Feedback may be used by Kejue without obligation or compensation.

10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Except as expressly provided, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kejue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding a claim or USD 5,000, whichever is greater.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms continue until terminated. Either party may terminate with 45 days’ written notice, and Kejue may suspend or terminate services for violations of the use restrictions.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kejue and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, violations of these Terms, or applicable law.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority regulations. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations, then arbitration in Dubai if necessary.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms, related agreements, and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement. They include provisions on amendments, assignment, force majeure, severability, waiver, independent contractors, export control, and notices.
