J&S Autohaus is the family import dealership Jean and Souheil Saliba opened on North Olden Avenue in Ewing, New Jersey, in 1995. The first month's inventory was a fraction of one car. Today the lot buys and sells Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren and Rolls-Royce, sourced from across the country and brought to Ewing on enclosed transport.
George J. Saliba, Jean's son, runs it. He buys cars on camera, and across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram he and the dealership reach more than three million followers. That audience sends the phone line a kind of traffic most dealerships never see: people who saw a car in a video an hour ago, sellers three states away, and buyers who expect an answer now.
George chose Kejue to put a voice agent on that line. It answers in plain American English, knows what is on the lot, books test drives and service, logs the cars people want to sell, and hands negotiation to a person.
What the phone line
looked like.
- Calls arriving in bursts after a video goes up, while the team is on the lot with customers.
- Sellers from across the country reaching voicemail and calling the next dealer.
- Enquiries that went quiet, with nobody free to call them back.
The agent,
piece by piece.
Answers the showroom line
Whether a car is still there, opening hours, directions, test drives and service, with the caller's history pulled from the dealership's system. Prices and offers go to a salesperson, never improvised.

Takes the car people want to sell
Year, model, mileage, where the car is and whether it is financed, logged on the call. The buying team calls back with a number, and pickup and title work are handled from Ewing.

Books the test drive or the service
The caller names the car from the video; the agent confirms it is on the lot and books a slot with a salesperson. For service it confirms the plate, offers real slots and a loaner, and sends the confirmation.

Follows up with buyers
Enquiries that went quiet get a call back within the window J&S sets, with the right car and the right salesperson attached.

George J. Saliba,
General Manager, J&S Autohaus.

George runs the dealership his father opened in 1995. He buys cars on camera, and the audience that follows him is the reason the phone never stops.
He chose Kejue for the line that audience calls.
