The story

Royal Citadel is a licensed financial introducer in Dubai, regulated by the UAE Capital Market Authority. Its business is finding people who want to invest and introducing them to licensed institutions. For years that meant a floor of deal openers on the phone, all day, in Arabic and English.

The floor worked, but it never stopped costing. Around two hundred people had to be recruited, sponsored, trained and replaced as they left. Volume was capped by how many chairs were filled that month, and every new campaign started slowly while the floor learned the script.

Kejue replaced the floor with a single voice agent that makes the opening call the way the best openers did, in Arabic or English as the caller prefers, and hands every lead worth chasing to the closers the same day.

Before

What the phone line
looked like.

  • A deal-opener floor of around 200 people, with constant recruiting, visa costs and attrition.
  • Call volume capped by headcount. The floor could never scale up for a campaign, and never shrink between them.
  • Leads reached the closers late, with thin notes, and too many calls went to people who had already said no.
  • Every new campaign began with a week of ramp-up while the floor learned the pitch.
What Kejue built

The agent,
piece by piece.

01

An opener that sounds like the floor did

The agent introduces Royal Citadel in Arabic or English, reads the room, handles the first objection and asks for two minutes the way a good human opener would. It qualifies interest, risk appetite and timing from what the caller offers, and never interrogates.

Campaigns paced to the list, not the roster

Lists are imported, calling windows set for Dubai hours and paused around prayer times, pacing chosen per campaign. A new campaign starts at full speed on day one, and the floor no longer sets the ceiling.

Every lead worth chasing, the same day

As each call ends the agent writes a structured outcome: interest, budget band, callback time, the reason it is worth a follow-up. Leads that qualify reach the sales team with the context attached, not a one-line note.

Do-not-call handled once, everywhere

Anyone who opts out is recorded the moment they say so, checked against the registry, and never dialled again across any campaign. Compliance can see every decision on the call timeline.
